The smart mapping technology enables it to know its way around your home so you are free to decide where and when you want it to clean. It’s also capable of reaching deep into the corners and along the edges, making it more than ideal for families with pets.
2. Anker BoostIQ RoboVac 11S.
The all-new RoboVac is re-engineered with the purpose of becoming the slimmest robot vacuum cleaner on the market. Its width is just 2.85 inches, though it comes with increased suction strength and smooth and quiet operation.
Furthermore, it comes with the BoostIQ technology, which allows it to increase the suction power on its own within 1.5 seconds as long as additional vacuuming strength is required to make the surface cleaner. It can vacuum for up to 100 minutes on hard floors, providing powerful and consistent suction while keeping the sound down to what your microwave oven sounds like.
It comes with an anti-scratch tempered glass top cover for increased protection, an infrared sensor so that it can evade obstacles, as well as a drop-sensing technology so that it can evade any potential drops in case it reaches staircases.
3. GOOVI D380.
This is another powerful robot vacuum cleaner, bringing intense suction capabilities of up to 1600 Pa. It can pick up dirt, dust, and crumbs without any issues. It’s suitable for hardwood floors but it also does a great job on carpets. Its operation is also very easy as it has a remote control and automatic cleaning functions all in one touch.
The low profile design will enable it to slide under tight surfaces and reach spaces that a lot of other units fail to go.
It has large wheels that roll over carpets and are capable of climbing over door ledges so that it reaches its destination. It also has multiple cleaning modes, as well as a pre-set vacuuming time so that it can clean while you go on about your day and handle other more important tasks.

It comes with both voice and app control, meaning that it works with Google Assistant and Alexa voice commands, and it’s also controllable through a mobile app.
In case you’re looking for a powerful robot, this one does the job perfectly thanks to its Max Mode. When turned on, it will double the suction power which should be able to properly clean troublesome areas. Some of its more basic features include an anti-drop and anti-collision sensor, automatic return charging, automatic software updates, durable bumpers, large wheels for climbing door ledges and carpets, and so forth.
This affordable robot vacuum is great for medium pile carpet and it has good cleaning performance across all floor types, from low pile carpet to hard flooring.
6. ILIFE V3s Pro.
If you have pets, this is one of the better solutions for your home. It comes with a tangle-free pet hair care technology that focuses on picking up dirt, debris, and hair on hard floors. It has a relatively low profile, enabling it to slide underneath beds and other furniture where we all know most of the dirt stacks.
You can operate the robot through a remote control or through an easy-to-use one-touch auto clean button located on top of it. The maintenance of the unit is very easy as all you’d need to do is empty the dust bin and clean the filter once it’s done cleaning. You should ideally replace filters every month.
This is a notable difference from some of the other products on our list because it doesn’t empty its bags automatically, so you will have to consider it.
7. Tesvor 4000 PA.
The robot adopts innovative SuperClean technology which is aimed at achieving a very high suction of 4000 PA. It’s capable of removing most pet hair, dirt, crumbs, and dust on your carpet and your hardwood flooring.

Much like a few other smart robots on our list, this one is also controlled through the voice commands of either Alexa or Google Assistant or you can also do it through a native mobile application. It allows you to monitor the cleaning sessions and to schedule them whenever you want to.
From a technical perspective, the vacuum comes with a large dust container so that you won’t have to worry about it too often. There is an electrical water tank as well. The device is equipped with an auto-adjust cleaning head which will adapt to the current height automatically, allowing it to clean both carpets and hard floors in an efficient manner.
10. Yeedi K600.
Last but not least, this robot uses an advanced brushless motor. Its motor runs at a rate of up to 20,000 r/minute to generate powerful enough suction. This will reduce the vacuuming noise to about 55 decibels which is pretty much the same as your microwave oven.
It comes with dual-side brushes and a v-shaped nylon and rubber rolling brush. They work together to grab the dust, dirt, and larger debris off the floor. The low profile design makes it possible for the robot to clean underneath lower surfaces which is usually where the dirt is stacked.

Are robot vacuums worth it?
Most robot vacuums function autonomously, therefore if you don’t have much time to vacuum they are worth it. When we test robot vacuums we find that they perform just as well as other cordless or handheld vacuums. On a carpet cleaning test, a robotic vacuum is able to collect pet hairs and other debris. Robotic vacuums overall have good cleaning performance and in one cleaning cycle they can cover most of the room. They obviously struggle to compete against an upright vacuum, but generally speaking can compete with battery operated vacuums.
Why are robot vacuums so popular?
Robot vacuums have grown in popularity, because they offer hands-free cleaning. A good robot vacuum can be made much cheaper nowadays and there’s many robot vacuum deals on the internet. A traditional vacuum might have better performance, but you have to control it. A robot vac can be set on a cleaning schedule with virtual walls and a charging dock, whilst you sit back and relax.
Can Robot replace normal vacuum?
A robot vacuum cannot replace upright vacuums. When comparing both with cleaning tests and lab tests, you’ll find manual vacuums are just too powerful. Robot vacs also have a tendency of getting stuck. If they get stuck, then no cleaning will be taking place. This rarely happens with new models that have additional features such as avoid obstacles and virtual no go zones, but it can still occur.
How often should I run my robot vacuum?
Most people run their robotic vacuum once per week minimum. If you have things like kitty litter on the floor, then you can run it more often. All the robot vacuums I have owned, required emptying out every couple of days, but other robot vacuums might require it even more often.
How much should I look to spend on a robotic vacuum?
This varies on the space requirement and features you want. If you have multiple rooms and want to schedule cleanings fully automated from your phone, it will cost you more. A reasonable price is a few hundred dollars, but if you want things like a self emptying dustbin to make it fully automated, expect to pay more. An expensive robot vacuum might also save you money, as it should breakdown less.
